摘要
公司高管薪酬包括货币薪酬、激励薪酬和其它薪酬。影响上市公司高管薪酬的因素众多,其中公司规模、公司绩效和公司治理是主要影响因素。公司规模从两个方面影响上市公司高管货币薪酬,方向不定;公司绩效正向影响上市公司高管激励薪酬,公司治理水平则负向影响上市公司高管货币薪酬。建立健全合理的薪酬体系和内部治理结构,不断提升内部治理和外部治理水平,是提高上市公司高管薪酬激励作用的关键。
Senior executive compensation includes monetary,incentive and other payment.There are many factors that affect the senior executive payment of a public company,among which are company size,company performance and company governance.The size of a company affects the monetary payment of the senior executives of the public company in two ways,while the direction is uncertain.The performance of a company is positively affecting the senior executive payment of listed companies,and the corporate governance level is negatively affecting.Establishing a reasonable payment system and internal governance structure and continuously improving internal and external governance are the key to improving senior executive payment incentive in a public company.
