摘要
矿产资源储量管理信息系统建设是提升矿产资源储量管理能力的重要举措,也是一项系统性工程,主要展示矿产资源储量的数量、质量、结构和空间分布,实现了储量评审备案、年度动用储量、年底储量统计全过程管理,包括矿产资源储量评审备案报盘系统、矿产资源储量数据库管理系统(C/S)、行政审批系统之矿产资源储量评审备案专题应用、国土空间基础信息平台之矿产资源储量管理专题应用等系统建设。概要介绍了矿产资源储量管理信息化建设要求,归纳总结了建设中的问题与不足,简要说明了矿产资源储量管理评审备案的工作流程、矿产资源储量管理信息系统建设总体框架和主要内容。
The mineral resources reserve management information system is an important measure to enhance the mineral resources reserve management capability and also a systematic project.The system mainly displays the quantity,quality,structure and spatial distribution of the mineral resources reserve,presents full process management of reserve review and filing,annual producing reserves and annual reserve statistics.The system includes many subsystems,such as a mineral resources reserve review filing software,a mineral resources reserve database management system(C/S),a special application of the mineral resources reserve review,and so on.The requirements for mineral resources reserve management informatization are briefly introduced.The problems and deficiencies are summarized.Also,the workflow of the mineral resources reserve management review and filing,the overall framework and main contents of the mineral resources reserve management information system are described in the article.
