自然资源管理新体制下数据共享模式研究--以江苏省为例

Research on data sharing method of natural resources under the new management system——Taking Jiangsu as an example

在自然资源管理体制改革的背景下,本文以江苏省自然资源数据为例,梳理分析了自然资源数据现状及共享情况,介绍了数据资源目录、共享开放内容、共享开放机制等方面的共享应用规范。按照自然资源领域不同类型数据,梳理了数据共享应用方式。基于构建的自然资源大数据平台,研究了省、市、县多级应用及数据同步共享模式实例,对自然资源数据共享和应用服务具有一定的参考借鉴。

Under the background of natural resources management system reform,taking the natural resources data of Jiangsu province as an example,this article analyzes and sorts out the current status and data sharing of natural resources,and also introduces data resource catalog,content of share and open,mechanisms of share and open,and other contents of sharing and application specifications.According to the different types of data in the field of natural resources,this article sorts out the application methods of data sharing.Based on the constructed big data platform for natural resources,this article also studies examples of multi-level applications and synchronous data sharing models at the level of province,city and county.These results have certain reference for natural resources data sharing and application services.
