集装箱码头海侧作业资源配置的仿真优化 被引量:1

摘要 航道、泊位、岸桥是集装箱码头海侧重要的作业资源,直接影响着码头作业效率。针对单向航道的集装箱码头海侧资源配置优化问题,以航道、泊位和岸桥的集成调度计划为仿真逻辑,以船舶在港总时间和泊位利用率为评价指标,以海侧的船舶作业和进出港流程为仿真流程,构建了集装箱码头海侧作业资源配置的仿真模型。实验结果表明,从提高集装箱码头服务效率角度出发,恰当的航道通航时段数量和合理的泊位长度的组合配置方案效果更好。 Channel,berth and crane are the significant operating resources of seaside of the container terminal,which directly affect the efficiency of terminal to container ship.For optimization of the seaside resource of the terminal for one-way channel,this paper constructs a simulation model for the allocation of terminal’s seaside operating resources by taking the integrated scheduling strategy of channel,berth and crane as the core operational logic of the simulation model,the total time of the ship at the port and the utilization of berth as the evaluation indexes,the ship operation of the seaside and the process of ships entering and leaving port as the simulation process.The Simulation results show that from the perspective of improving the service efficiency of the terminal,the combination of the proper number of navigation channels and the reasonable berth length is better.
