基于骨架偏置填充的3D打印分区扫描策略研究

摘要 随着社会的发展,3D打印成为制造业发展的重点技术。3D打印技术不限制模型的结构和形状,打印时间短,使模型加工起来更加方便,因此3D打印技术应用的越来越广泛。3 D打印填充的算法会直接影响到模型的打印质量和打印效率。为了避免轮廓环的自交,减少跳转点的数量,提高切片效率,提出一种基于骨架偏置填充的算法。通过将凹多边形分解为多个凸多边形,对模型的轮廓进行提取和分区,并对提取的数据进行优化处理,为骨架偏置填充提供数据依据。在骨架偏置填充数据的基础上得到轮廓线的偏置路径,对路径进行优化。实验结果表明,使用骨架偏置填充算法可以大大降低切片时间和打印时间,其分别降低了大约30%和9%,从而提高模型的3D打印效率和成型质量。 With the development of society,3 D printing has become the key technology of manufacturing industry.3 D printing technology does not limit the structure and shape of the model,and the printing time is short,which makes the model processing more convenient.Therefore,3 D printing technology is widely used.The algorithm of 3 D printing filling will directly affect the printing quality and efficiency of the model.In order to avoid the self intersection of contour rings,reduce the number of jump points and improve the efficiency of slicing,this paper proposes an algorithm based on skeleton offset filling.By decomposing the concave polygon into several convex polygons,the contour of the model was extracted and partitioned,and the extracted data was optimized to provide data basis for skeleton offset filling.Based on the skeleton offset filling data,the offset path of the contour was obtained,and the path was optimized.The experimental results show that,using the skeleton offset filling algorithm can greatly reduce the slice time and printing time,which are about 30%and 9%lower respectively,thus improving the 3 D printing efficiency and molding quality.
