摘要
文章首先回顾了现代质量管理的理论基础,接下来重点阐述了实际操作中的几种局限,然后重点从5个方面分析了矛盾的源头,包括理论本身的局限、质量从业人员素养的退步、工厂运营中对质量考核的偏差、检测自动化没有跟上实际需求、没有及时拥抱先进生产力。最后从实践入手提出了质量人员的7个方向,包括质量人员专业的时间管理技巧、质量人员要吸取优秀的中华传统文化、质量人员需要根据实际的操作去反思我们的理论体系、通过轮岗去培养质量综合人才、建立合适的质量考核指标、引导社会资源和高校研发力量进入到机械检测的自动化工作中、拥抱先进的生产力特别是人工智能。
This paper first reviews the theoretical basis of modern quality management, then focuses on several limitations in practical operation, and then analyzes the source of contradictions from five aspects, including the limitation of theory itself, the retrogression of quality practitioners’ literacy, the deviation of quality assessment in factory operation, the failure of testing automation to keep up with actual need, and the failure to embrace advanced productivity in time. Finally, seven directions of quality personnel are put forward from practice, including the following aspects: quality personnel’s professional time management skills. Quality personnel should absorb excellent Chinese traditional culture. Quality personnel need to reflect on the theoretical system according to actual operation. Quality comprehensive talents are trained through rotation. The appropriate quality assessment index should be established. The social resources and research and development forces in colleges and universities into the automation work of mechanical testing should be guided and the advanced productivity should be embraced, especially artificial intelligence.
