钢铁企业关键设备轴承部件状态监测及故障诊断 被引量:2

摘要 大型旋转机械设备在钢铁企业应用广泛,轴承是其中不可缺少的关键部件,也是最容易发生故障的部件。文章首先介绍了滚动轴承和滑动轴承的主要失效形式,并将应力波分析技术引入关键设备轴承部件状态监测及故障诊断。通过干熄焦提升机、连铸大包回转台、TRT机组3种不同设备的滚动轴承和滑动轴承监测诊断案例,以设备开盖检修的情况验证了滚动轴承外圈开裂、滑动轴承轴与轴瓦之间存在严重碰摩、润滑污染、润滑不良等诊断结论的有效性及准确性,该案例为华菱湘钢在“让设备开口说话”先进理念下实施预知维修提供了实践指导。 Large rotating machinery and equipment is widely used in iron&steel enterprises.Bearings are the indispensable key components and the components that are most prone to failure.Firstly,this article introduces the main failure forms of rolling bearings and sliding bearings,and applies the Stresswave analysis technology to the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of bearing components of key equipment.Through the diagnosis cases of rolling bearings and sliding bearings of three different types of equipment,which includes Coke Dry Quenching Elevator Reducer,Ladle Turret,and TRT unit.The validity and accuracy of diagnostic conclusions such as rolling bearing crack,rub-impact breakdown,lubricant pollution and bad lubrication are verified by the equipment open and maintenance.This case provides practical guidance for Xiangtan iron&steel to implement predictive maintenance under the advanced concept of“let the equipment speak”.
