基于POI的论文格式检错与部分修改软件的实现

Implementation of POI-based thesis format error detection and partial modification software

毕业论文是高等院校教育计划的重要部分,其格式要求非常严格,一直以来都是人工审查的,费时费力。在对Word文档的结构及其具体实现进行深入研究的基础上,使用Java实现了基于Apache POI的论文格式检错及部分修改软件。该软件将待检测论文格式和预先设定的论文格式进行比较,实现对论文的内容与格式检测,以及部分格式的自动修改,不能自动修改的则生成详细的错误说明文件。

Graduation thesis is an important part of higher education plan,its format is very strict.It has been reviewed manually,which is time-consuming and laborious.On the basis of in-depth research on the structure and implementation of Microsoft Word document,the software for thesis format error detection and partial modification based on Apache POI is implemented with Java.The software compares the format of the thesis to be tested with the pre-set format of thesis,and realizes the content and format detection of the thesis,as well as the automatic modification of some formats.If the format of the thesis cannot be automatically modified,a detailed error description file will be generated.
