天麻钩藤饮联合针刺太冲穴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压

Clinical study of Tianma goutengyin combined with acupuncture at Taichong Point in the treatment of hypertension with Ganyangshangkang

目的探究天麻钩藤饮联合针刺太冲穴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月~2019年7月于南充市中心医院门诊就诊的159例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法将其随机分3组,每组各53例。A组采用常规西药治疗,B组采用常规西药+天麻钩藤饮治疗,C组采用常规西药+天麻钩藤饮+针刺太冲穴治疗。治疗3个月后,比较3组患者的血压控制情况以及治疗前后血管内皮功能变化情况。结果治疗后,C组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平显著低于A组、B组(P<0.05);C组总有效率显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者的NO、ET-1、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前有改善,且C组NO较A组、B组明显升高,ET-1、hs-CRP较A组、B组显著降低(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮联合针刺太冲穴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压具有疗效显著,能够有效改善高血压患者的血管内皮功能,利于改善患者的预后。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Tianma goutengyin combined with acupuncture at Taichong Point on hypertension with Ganyangshangkang.Methods One hundred and fifty-nine patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into three groups,53 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine,group B with conventional western medicine+Tianma Gouteng Decoction,group C with conventional western medicine+Tianma Gouteng Decoction+acupuncture at Taichong Point.Blood pressure control and blood pressure before and after treatment were studied.The changes of endothelial function were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05).The total effective rate of C group was 96.23%,a group was 79.25%,B group was 84.91%.The total effective rate of C group was significantly higher than that of a group and B group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of no,ET-1 and hs CRP in three groups were improved,and no in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B,ET-1 and hs CRP were significantly lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tianma goutengyin combined with acupuncture at Taichong Point has the advantages of significant curative effect and rapid relief of symptoms,and can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with hypertension and improve the prognosis of patients.
