摘要
劳动教育是教育体系中重要的一环,不同的发展阶段,劳动教育的内涵与侧重点各不相同。通过解读三个不同时段教育政策中对劳动教育的要求,管窥不同阶段劳动教育的育人重点。进入新时代,劳动教育的重心发生变化,《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》指明新时代劳动教育的价值理念,明确新时代大中小学劳动教育的基本原则,构建体现时代特征的大中小学劳动教育体系。在明晰新时代劳动教育重心的基础上,以新型农业人才、现代服务业人才、制造业人才为例,探讨相关人才劳动品质的培育重点。
The labor education is an important part of the education system.In different stages of development,the connotation and emphasis of labor education are different.Through the interpretation of the requirements of labor education in three different periods of education policies,this paper explores the educational focus of labor education in different stages.In the new era,the focus of labor education has changed.The“Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary,Secondary and Higher Education in the New Era”points out the value concept of labor education in the new era,defines the basic principles of labor education in primary,secondary and higher education in the new era,and constructs the labor education system consisting of primary,secondary and higher education that reflects the characteristics of the new era.On the basis of clarifying the focus of labor education in the new era,taking new agricultural talents,modern service talents and manufacturing talents as examples,this paper discusses the cultivation focus of labor quality of relevant talents.
