摘要
高职教育共同体是完善现代职业教育体系与提升高职人才培养质量的教育主体之一。当前,我国高职教育共同体呈现参与主体多,形式结构复杂,利益诉求不同的特征。研究高职教育共同体价值实现路径,关键在于厘清高职教育共同体价值意蕴,分析高职教育共同体价值表现以及探究高职教育共同体价值实现瓶颈。在湖南高职教育共同体发展的运行过程中,其价值实现存在认知、制度与实现机制三大瓶颈。因此,高职教育共同体价值实现应从提升共同体社会形象,完善共同体制度体系以及构建合理有效的共同体融合关系等方面加以完善。
The higher vocational education community is one of main bodies to improve the modern vocational education system and the quality of personnel training.At present,many participants,complex form structure and different interest demands are the characteristics of the higher vocational education community in China.The key to study the paths of realizing the value of higher vocational education community lies in clarifying the meaning,analyzing the performance and exploring the realizing bottlenecks of the value of higher vocational education community.In the process of the development of Hunan higher vocational education community,there are three bottlenecks in aspects of cognition,system and realization mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary for higher vocational education community to improve the social image of the community,optimize the system of the community and build a reasonable and effective community integration relationship.
