无抗趋势不可逆转,各种添加剂应运而生,而植物精油作为替抗产品中较为热门产品,广为大家接受并使用。研究比较5种市售主流精油(猪用、禽用)的体外抑菌效果。利用气相色谱仪分析每种精油中百里香酚、丁香酚、肉桂醛、香芹酚的含量及其总量。针对6种精油产品进行热处理前后精油稳定性分析,其总量变化范围为3%~12%。采用体外消化法进行试验,模拟动物体内消化环境。考察市场不同精油对致病性大肠杆菌K88(ATCC2881)、金色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)和沙门氏杆菌(DY72)抑菌实验。同时与抗生素组相比,探索替抗的效果和剂量。试验分成7组,设对照组(空白和抗生素组)和试验组,在饲料基础上添加植物精油0.04%、硫酸粘杆菌素0.03%。结果表明,在此试验条件下,一些试验精油产品热稳定性较好,并具有一定的抑菌作用。
The trend of non-antibiotics is irreversible,and various additives have emerged as the times require.However,the essential oils of plant are popular substitute products for antibiotics,which are widely accepted and used by everyone.This article aims to explore and compare the antibacterial effects of five commercially available essential oils(for pigs and poultry)in vitro,providing some guidance for the marketed essential oil products.The content of thymol,eugenol,cinnamaldehyde,carvacrol and their total amount in each essential oil were measured and compared after analysis by gas chromatograph.The stability analysis of essential oils before and after heat treatment for 6 kinds of essential oil products was performed and the change of total content was ranged from 3%to 12%.The digestion method in vitro was used to simulate the digestive environment in animals.The antibacterial activity of different essential oils on pathogenic E.coli K88(ATCC2881),Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538)and Salmonella(DY72)in the market was investigated.At the same time,compared with the antibiotic group,explore the effect and dose of antibodies.The test was divided into 7 groups,including the control group(blank and antibiotic group)and the test group were added with 0.04%plant essential oil and 0.03%colistin sulfate on the basis of feed.In summary,under this test condition,some of the test essential oil products have good thermal stability and have a certain bacteriostatic effect.
