复合益生菌发酵棉源饲料对新疆阿瓦提羔羊生长性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究复合益生菌发酵棉源饲料对羔羊生长性能和血清抗氧化指标的影响,采用复合益生菌发酵本地区棉源饲料,并对育肥羔羊进行饲养试验测定羔羊血清抗氧化指标及其对羔羊生长性能的影响。试验结果表明,2%发酵组与对照组之间有差异显著(P<0.05),与对照组相比,3%和1%发酵组羔羊体重虽有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2%、3%发酵组与对照组相比羔羊血清中MDA含量差异显著(P<0.05);3%发酵组与对照组相比血清中T-AOC活力差异显著(P<0.05)。2%发酵组与对照组相比血清中CAT活力差异极显著(P<0.01);3个发酵组与对照组相比血清中的T-AOC差异不显著(P>0.05);2%发酵组与对照组相比血清中GSH-Px活力差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,复合益生菌发酵棉源饲料能够提高育肥羔羊生长性能及对血清中抗氧化指标有一定的促进作用,能够提高育肥羔羊的抗氧化功能。 In order to study the effect of compound probiotics fermented cotton feed on the growth performance and serum antioxidant index of lambs,the compound probiotics were used to ferment the local cotton feed,and the fattening lambs were fed to test the serum antioxidant index and its effect on the growth performance of lambs.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the 2%fermentation group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the weight of the 3%and 1%fermentation group increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of MDA in the serum of 2%and 3%fermentation group was significantly different(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the activity of T-AOC in the serum of 3%fermentation group was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cat activity in the serum of the 2%fermentation group was significantly different(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the T-AOC in the serum of the three fermentation groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the GSH-Px activity in the serum of the 2%fermentation group was significantly different(P<0.05).The result showed that,the compound probiotic fermented cotton feed can improve the growth performance of fattening lambs,promote the antioxidant index in serum,and improve the antioxidant function of fattening lambs.
