抚顺地区猪链球菌病病原分离和鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Streptococcus Suis in Fushun Area

研究应用传统的实验室检验方法,在辽宁省抚顺地区发生猪链球菌病的31个乡镇,进行了分离培养、血清型鉴定、药敏实验、毒力测定实验。分离培养得到9株细菌株,均为2型,小鼠致病性试验的死亡率为100%。药敏试验中,抚顺地区分离的猪链球菌对氟甲砜霉素最为敏感,可以作为治疗猪链球菌病的药物。

The traditional laboratory test method was used in 31 villages and towns in Fushun,Liaoning Province.The isolation and culture,serotype identification,drug sensitivity test and virulence test were carried out.Nine strains of bacteria were isolated and cultured,all of them were type 2,and the mortality rate of mouse pathogenicity test was 100%.In the drug sensitivity test,Streptococcus suis isolated from Fushun is the most sensitive to fosfomycin,which can be used as a drug for the treatment of Streptococcus suis.
