抗逆力视角下中小学初任教师压力管理策略探析

摘要 中小学初任教师处于教师职业生涯关键期和脆弱期,遭受着现实震撼、教学与管理困境、人际困扰及身体尴尬等压力,值得密切关注。文章基于抗逆力视角,通过构建初任教师内、外部支持系统,为其进行压力管理提供建议。
