疫情影响下天津高职升本扩招对策分析

Analysis on the Enrollment Expansion of the Top-Up Program in Tianjin Higher Vocational Colleges under the Influence of Epidemic

受新型冠状病毒疫情影响,2020年预期高校毕业生存在较大就业压力。基于此,国务院近日做出研究生和专升本大幅扩招的决定。教育部就专升本扩招事宜主要释放了3点信息:一是扩招32.2万人,全国平均每个省市约增1万,力度空前;二是扩招接收主体:职教本科,应用本科;三是扩招向预防医学等4个专业方向倾斜。对天津高职升本扩招规模、扩招方式进行初步预计和详细分析,给出了几种可操作性较强的扩招对策及方案。

Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,college graduates are expected to have greater employment pressure in 2020.Based on this,the State Council recently has made a decision to expand the enrollment of graduate students and the Top-up Program.The Ministry of Education has released three main points on the expansion of the Top-up Program.First,the number of enrollment expansion is 322,000 and it’s unprecedented in strength with an average increase of 10,000 in each province;Second,the main body of enrollment expansion is undergraduate colleges of vocational education and application education;Third,the expansion prefers the major of preventive medicine and other three majors.This paper makes a preliminary forecast and detailed analysis on the scale and mode of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges in Tianjin,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and schemes for enrollment expansion.
