摘要 调查显示,毕业3年后的高职"双元制"学徒存在职业发展后劲不足等问题,因此要在政府主导下,深化产教融合、校企合作,加强对"双元制"学徒的思想道德、自学能力、专业技能、外语水平、职业指导等方面的培养,提升其专业技能和综合素质,从而全面提升就业质量,为经济发展和社会进步做出更大贡献。 The survey shows that the"dual system"apprentices from higher vocational education in three years after graduation have problems such as lack of career development potential.Therefore,under the guidance of the government,it isnecessary to promote the integration between industry and education and cooperation between enterprises and colleges,and strengthen the cultivation of morality,self-learning ability,professional skills,foreign language level,vocational guidance and other aspects of the"dual system"apprentices.Improving their professional skills and comprehensive quality is helpful to enhance the quality of employment,which makes greater contributions to economic development and social progress.
