血清CEA、CA125、HE4联合检测诊断卵巢癌的价值

Value of combined detection of serum CEA,CA125 and HE4 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer

目的 分析人附睾分泌蛋白4(HE4)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)三种血清指标联合检测诊断卵巢癌的价值.方法 选取2016年1月至2019年1月在大同市中医医院治疗的60例卵巢癌患者为卵巢癌组,另选取同期健康体检者60例为健康体检组,检测并比较两组患者血清HE4、CEA、CA125水平.结果 卵巢癌组患者血清HE4、CEA、CA125水平高于健康体检组(P<0.05).HE4、CEA、CA125联合诊断的灵敏度、准确度高于各项单独诊断(P<0.05).术后1个月,卵巢癌组患者血清HE4、CEA、CA125水平均降低(P<0.05);术后随访6个月,卵巢癌组中治疗后复发者血清HE4、CEA、CA125水平高于未复发者(P<0.05).结论 血清HE4、CEA、CA125联合检测诊断卵巢癌具有较高敏感度及准确度,且对治疗效果及复发评估具有较高价值.

Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of human epididymis protein 4(HE4),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cancer treated in Datong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as ovarian cancer group.Another 60 persons who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the healthy examination group.The levels of HE4,CEA,CA125 were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of HE4,CEA and CA125 in the ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the healthy examination group(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of combination of HE4,CEA and CA125 were higher than the individual indicator in diagnosis(P<0.05).The levels of HE4,CEA and CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly decreased 1 month after operation(P<0.05).In the ovarian cancer group after 6 months of follow-up,the levels of HE4,CEA and CA125 in patients with recurrence were significantly higher than those in the patients without recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusions HE4,CEA and CA125 have higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,and have higher value in assessing treatment effect and recurrence of the disease.
