In Funan County,Anhui Province,the reform of hospital management system was taken as the starting point,which influenced the overall health institutional reform,and a health governance system was then developed integrating public health,disease control and prevention and medical services.The county hospitals have turned from a platform for medical treatment to a guardian of health.Through the establishment of county medical communities oriented by improving the expectancy for people’s health and life,they make the construction of a multi interest community with positive incentives,significantly strengthen the capacity of county medical and health institutions at all levels,form a social immune system to promote the orderly operation of the society,discover the hidden hazards of epidemic transmission and take preventive measures in time.Consequently,the hospitals have made amazing achievements in maintaining zero cases of imported infections,cross infections and cluster infections in the control and prevention of COVID-19,which is worthy of promotion.
