摘要
文章基于医师视角,采用SWOT分析法,梳理和总结了新形势下医师开展多点执业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等因素,并对其进行综合研究分析,最后提出相应的改善建议,以期为进一步推行和完善医师多点执业做法提供参考依据。
From the perspective of physicians,the authors adopt a SWOT analysis to summarize the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges that physicians are facing when carrying out multi-site practice,conduct a comprehensive study and analysis on them,and finally put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to provide reference for further promoting and improving multi-site practice.
