摘要
文章从新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例筛查、疫情防控健康教育、流动人员摸排、疫情信息上报、密切接触者管理和医学观察、社区居民心理疏导等方面阐述了乡村医生在新型冠状病毒肺炎社区防控中的作用,并对存在的问题提出了加强职业防护、开展防控知识培训、执行轮换班制度、完善社区突发公共卫生事件应急处置管理等改进措施,以期形成较为完善的工作机制,以有效遏制新型冠状病毒肺炎的播散,保障基层群众生命安全和健康。
This paper expounded the role of rural doctors in community prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)from the aspects of screening of suspected cases,health education of epidemic prevention and control,investigation of migrant populations,reporting of epidemic information,management and medical observation of close contacts,psychological counseling of community residents.Meanwhile,the paper proposed improvement measures for the problems,including strengthening occupational protection,carrying out training of prevention and control knowledge,implementing the shift system,improving the emergency management of public health emergencies in communities,in order to form a relatively perfect working mechanism,so as to effectively prevent and control COVID-19 to guarantee the safety and health of the public.
