东北老工业基地的发展现状及振兴策略探究

东北地区作为我国重要的工业基地,曾为振兴国民经济做出了不可磨灭的突出贡献。但随着改革开放的深入,东北老工业基地发展态势萎靡,存在产业结构老化、创新能力不足、思想保守、缺乏品牌市场竞争力、人才流失严重等现实问题。东北老工业基地亟待通过推进经济转型,完善产业结构、建立竞争机制,以创新驱动发展、强化品牌意识,提高品牌市场竞争能力、构建新型人才机制等举措盘活东北振兴这盘棋。

as an important industrial base in China,Northeast China has made an indelible and outstanding contribution to the revitalization of the national economy.However,with the deepening of reform and opening up,the development trend of the old industrial base in Northeast China is weak,including the aging industrial structure,the lack of innovation ability,the lack of brand market competitiveness and the serious brain drain.The old industrial base in Northeast China needs to promote the economic transformation,improve the industrial structure,establish the competition mechanism,drive the development with innovation,strengthen the brand awareness,improve the competitiveness of the brand market,build a new talent mechanism and other measures to revitalize the game.
