摘要
专业知识、专业技能和专业情意的发展水平决定了教师专业化发展水平的高低。教师专业发展是一个动态的、不断发展、更新和完善的过程,包涵个体专业水平的提升、群体专业水平的提升、教师职业地位的提升三个层次。诊断性评价、形成性评价和总结性评价制度的实行,多维度激励制度的完善与更新都对促进教师专业发展起着重要作用。
The development level of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional sentiment determines the level of professional development of teachers.Teacher professional development is a dynamic,continuous development,renewal and improvement process,including the improvement of individual professional level,group professional level and teacher professional status.The implementation of diagnostic evaluation,formative evaluation and summary evaluation system,and the improvement and update of multi-dimensional incentive system all play an important role in promoting the professional development of teachers.
