室内空气质量领域中美合作成果及展望

摘要 人们超过80%的时间在室内度过,健康与建筑室内空气质量密切相关。近年来,人们对环保和健康日益重视,对建筑的需求也从"舒适建筑"逐步向"健康建筑"过渡。对建筑室内空气质量改善的迫切需求,使得传统温度、湿度的空气处理需求增加至兼顾温湿度、二氧化碳、颗粒物、室内空气污染物(甲醛等)多参数多变量的控制。这势必颠覆已有的建筑空调系统的控制策略和模式,进而造成建筑能耗的大大增加。在此背景下,"十三五"期间在中美清洁能源联合研究中心支持下,中美在建筑室内空气质量领域开展合作,围绕新建建筑空气质量的预评估、建筑空气质量的监测与净化技术以及建筑示范工程等方面开展,从建筑设计、运营、改造和示范四个必要环节来实现健康、节能的可持续建筑环境控制。 People spend more than 80%of their time indoors,and human health is closely related to the indoor air quality in buildings.In recent years,people pay more and more attention to healthy environment,and demands for buildings shift from"comfortable"to"healthy".The urgent need for indoor air quality improvement in buildings will change the traditional temperature and humidity control strategy to be multi-parameter and multi-variables control,including temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide,particulate matter,indoor air pollutants(formaldehyde,etc.).This challenge will overset the existing control strategy of building air conditioning system and lead to a significant increase in building energy consumption.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,with the support of the Sino-US Clean Energy Research Center,researchers from China and USA cooperated in the field of indoor air quality in buildings,focusing on the pre-assessment of air quality in new buildings,air pollution monitoring and purification technologies,and demonstration in buildings,which focuses four parts:namely the architectural design,operation,transformation and demonstration,to achieve healthy,energy-efficient and sustainable building environment.
