寒冷地区净零能耗建筑示范研究与实践--兰州新区中建大厦项目1#办公楼

Demonstration Research and Practice of Net Zero Energy Building in Cold Climate Zone——No.1 Office Building of Zhongjian Building in Lanzhou New Area

随着社会的快速发展,能源被过度消耗。净零能耗建筑技术作为建筑节能的有效途径受到越来越多研究者的关注,未来会有越来越多的净零能耗建筑面世。针对不同地区、不同气候、不同建筑类型,零能耗建筑采取的技术体系不同。本文以兰州某单体办公楼为例,系统性介绍了净零能耗建筑的核心设计原则,设计方法和一些难点问题的解决办法,有利于净零能耗建筑在寒冷地区的推广。

With the rapid development of society,energy is consumed excessively.As an effective way of building energy conservation,net zero energy building(NZEB)has attracted more and more researchers’attention.There is no doubt that an increasingly number of NZEB will be built in the future.With regard to different regions,climates and building types,different technical systems could be applied in NZEB accordingly.Taking a single office building in Lanzhou as example,the core design principles,design methods and solutions to certain considerable problems of NZEB would be introduced systematically,which is conducive to the promotion of NZEB in cold regions.
