摘要
净零能耗建筑需要通过提高围护结构热工性能来降低建筑本体能耗,装配式建筑围护结构气密性与热桥处理是本工程节能节点处理的重点。本研究以北京市未来科学城第二小学办公及宿舍楼项目为载体,以超低能耗建筑技术、装配式建筑技术、太阳能光伏利用技术、主动式能源利用技术为集成目标,开展系统化集成创新和工程集成示范,并对示范项目的运行效果进行监测和分析。最终,通过高性能保温隔热材料和气密性能更高的围护结构,合理利用主动节能技术,充分利用可再生能源,在满足舒适的室内环境前提下,实现净零能耗。
Net zero energy building needs to reduce the energy consumption of building body by improving the thermal performance of building envelope.The air tightness and heat bridge treatment of prefabricated building envelope are the key points of energy-saving node treatment of the project.Taking the office and dormitory building project of the Second Primary School of Beijing Future Science City as the carrier and taking ultra-low energy building technology,assembly building technology,solar photovoltaic utilization technology and active energy utilization technology as the integration goal,systematic integration innovation and engineering integration demonstration are carried out,and the operation effect of the demonstration project is monitored and analyzed.Finally,through the high-performance thermal insulation materials and the enclosure with higher air tightness,the active energy-saving technology is reasonably utilized,and the renewable energy is fully utilized.Under the premise of satisfying the comfortable indoor environment,the net zero energy consumption is realized.
