Case Analysis of Livable Renovation of a Residential Building in Shenzhen

既有建筑改造如何实现人们对舒适、安全、节能、绿色、健康的"宜居"改造需求,是新时期城市更新和既有建筑改造的发展方向。本文以深圳某居住建筑为例,分析其在改造过程中通过对建筑的性能、功能和环境三方面的改造,并对改造后的能耗状况、经济性进行分析和总结,为其他既有居住建筑宜居改造提供参考。

How to realize the needs of people's"livable"transformation of comfort,safety,energy saving,greenness and healthy is the development direction of urban renewal and renovation of existing buildings in the new era.This article takes a residential building in Shenzhen as an example,analyzes the performance,function and environment of the building during the transformation process,and summarizes the energy consumption and economy status after the transformation,which can provide a reference of the livable renovation for other existing residences.
