水平衡测试在建设节水型高校中的研究应用

随着高校规模的扩大,导致高校用水总量逐年增加,其中高校节水水平的程度严重制约着我国城市节水的发展进程,水平衡测试在建设节水型高校显得尤为重要。通过数据精确、找准要害、依靠科技、精准施策原则;将高校用水计划及经费下沉到各用水单元并进行定额考核;严格将直饮水机排放的浓水回收利用,对高校制定规划、改进措施,实施落实以及推进节水型高校建设具有重大意义。

With the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities,the total amount of water used in colleges and universities has increased year by year.Among them,the water saving level of colleges and universities seriously restricts the development process of water saving in Chinese cities and water balance testing is particularly important in the construction of water-saving universities.Through the principles of accurate data,pinpointing bottlenecks,science and technology orientation,and precise policy implementation,plans and improvements for universities measures are formulated by sinking the university’s water plan and funding to each water unit and conducting a quota assessment and strictly recycling the concentrated water discharged from the direct drinking water machine,,which is of great significance for the construction of water-saving colleges and universities.
