摘要
以智能制造项目驱动学生解决复杂工程问题的能力目标为导向,设计以七巧板分拣为例的智能分拣工作站实训平台,实现EMS系统下单,系统接单后,工作站自动实现物料的分拣、传送、识别、抓取、包装、储存等功能。工作站主要以PLC-S7-1200为控制核心,以ABB机器为动作执行者,以QT CREATOR和OpenCV设计物料定位与抓取系统。该工作站融合了机械设计、机械电子、自动化、软件、计算机等相关学科知识,符合新工科背景下学科交叉教融合创新的主旋律,可开发课程设计、拆装与测绘、PLC控制设计、视觉系统设计等实训项目,实现学科知识与智能制造工程项目有机融合。实践表明:该工作站有助于提升学生专业能力和团队合作能力。
Based on the ability of intelligent manufacturing projects to drive students to solve complex engineering problems,the intelligent sorting workstation training platform based on the sorting of tangrams is designed to realize the ordering of EMS system.After the system receives the order,the workstation automatically realizes the materials.Sorting,transferring,identifying,grabbing,packaging,storage and other functions.The workstation mainly uses PLC-S7-1200 as the control core,and uses ABB machine as the action performer to design material positioning and grabbing system with QT CREATOR and OpenCV.The workstation combines mechanical design,mechatronics,automation,software,computer and other related disciplines.It conforms to the main theme of cross-disciplinary integration and innovation in the context of new engineering,and can develop curriculum design,disassembly and mapping,PLC control design,and visual system design.Such as training projects,to achieve the integration of subject knowledge and intelligent manufacturing engineering projects.Practice has shown that this workstation helps to improve students'professional ability and teamwork ability.
