摘要 中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司1.5 Mt/a汽油吸附脱硫装置(S Zorb)自投料开工以来,累计运行46个月,首个运行周期即实现了“四年一修”。通过严格控制原料中水、氯、胶质、轻组分等杂质含量、维持装置进料量平稳、保持反应器吸附剂低藏量、控制吸附剂细粉含量、保证过滤器反吹效果等措施,保证了吸附剂性能稳定以及进料换热器、反应器过滤器等关键设备的良好运行,停工前反应器过滤器压差控制在50~53 kPa。针对运行过程中出现的反应系统脱气线管线磨损、再生器取热盘管泄漏、闭锁料斗滤芯损坏、阀门泄漏等故障,采取了降低气提氢气量、管线扩径改造、增加取热蒸汽保护、滤芯加固、及时更换泄漏阀门等有针对性的措施,有效解决了问题,为装置长周期运行提供了保障。 The 1.5 MM TPY gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit(S Zorb)of SINOPEC Qingdao Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.has been in operation for 46 months since it was put into operation.The first operation cycle has realized“four-year repair”.By strictly controlling the impurities such as water,chlorine,colloid and light components in feedstock,maintaining the stable feeding amount of the unit,keeping the low storage amount of the adsorbent in the reactor,controlling the fine powder content of the adsorbent and ensuring the reverse blowing effect of the filter,the stable performance of the adsorbent and the good operation of the key equipment such as the feed heat exchanger and the reactor filter are ensured.Before shutdown,the pressure difference of ME101 was controlled within 50~53 kPa.In view of the problems such as the abrasion of the degassing line of the reaction system,the leakage of the regenerator’s heating coil,the damage of the lock hopper filter element and the leakage of the valve during the operation,the targeted measures such as reducing the amount of stripping hydrogen,expanding the diameter of the pipeline,increasing the protection of the heating steam,strengthening the filter element and replacing the leaking valve in time were taken,which effectively solved the problems and provided a guarantee for the long-term operation of the unit.
