摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司原油加工模式采用的是“分储分炼,顺序加工”模式。2019年部分装置进行了检修改造,改造后较改造前原油加工量提高13%,达到19 kt/d以上;同时高硫原油加工期间混合原油的硫质量分数提高50%,达到2%;原油顺序加工轮次时间由11 d/轮缩短至9 d/轮。在新形势下原油顺序加工过程中出现了一些难题,包括高硫原油加工期间氢气缺0.5 t/h,原油顺序加工期间氢气平衡困难,高、低硫原油切换期间生产波动大等。针对上述难题,对整个生产运行过程进行摸索、实践,最终实现了产品质量合格、氢气平衡、高、低硫原油切换期间装置平稳过渡的目标,对生产运行过程采取的对策进行总结,为后续生产运行积累了宝贵经验。
The crude oil processing mode of SINOPEC Luoyang Company is“separate storage and separate refining,sequential processing”.In 2019,some units were modified.After the modification,the crude oil processing capacity increased by 13%compared with that before the modification,reaching over 19,000 t/d;during the processing of high sulfur crude oil,the sulfur content of mixed crude oil increased by 50%to 2%;the time of crude oil sequential processing round was shortened from 11 d/round to 9 d/round.There were some problems in the sequential processing of crude oil in the new situation,including hydrogen shortage of 0.5 t/h during processing of high-sulfur crude oil,the imbalance of hydrogen during the sequential processing of crude oil,and large production fluctuation during the switching period of high-sulfur crude oil and low-sulfur crude oil.In view of the above problems,the whole production and operation process was explored,and finally realized the goal of qualified product quality,hydrogen balance,and device smooth transition during the switching period of high sulfur and low sulfur crude oil.The countermeasures taken in the process of production and operation are summarized,and valuable experience is accumulated for the follow-up production and operation.
