摘要
以旅大10-1减压渣油为原料,通过丙烷脱沥青工艺可生产光亮油原料油及橡胶增塑剂调合料。研究表明,通过丙烷脱沥青工艺可生产符合光亮油原料油要求的轻脱油,运动黏度(100℃)为42.82 mm 2/s,黏度指数为66,残炭为0.94%,且收率较高,为28.9%。通过丙烷脱沥青工艺可有效脱除原料中的苯并a芘等多环芳烃组分,但由于受到黏度、倾点等指标的限制,不宜直接作为橡胶增塑剂,可作为橡胶增塑剂调合料,与低黏度的橡胶增塑剂进行调合生产中间牌号的产品。
LD10-1 vacuum residue was used as raw material,bright oil and rubber plasticizer blend could be produced by propane deasphalting process.The results shown that the light deasphalted oil with a kinematic viscosity of 42.82 mm 2/s,viscosity index of 66 and residual carbon of 0.94%could be produced by propane deasphalting process,which met the requirements of bright oil,and the yield was as high as 28.9%.Benzopyrene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon components in raw materials could be effectively removed by propane deasphalting process,but the viscosity was too large to be directly used as rubber plasticizer.It could be used as rubber plasticizer admixture to produce various brands of products by blending low viscosity rubber plasticizer.
