摘要
天然气作为清洁能源,日益受到世界各国青睐,天然气液化可以大大节省储存空间和运输成本,但也因此增加了天然气泄漏风险。概括介绍了国内液化天然气(LNG)发展现状,基于MATLAB软件对大型LNG储罐泄漏事故后果进行模拟和分析,并依此提出了相关安全对策。结果表明:LNG在泄漏形成蒸气云团并发生扩散时,在拟定的条件下,其扩散范围较广,影响范围很大。LNG泄漏后蒸气云扩散范围随泄漏速率、风速和泄漏点高度增大而增大,因此有必要从多方面制定措施保证LNG存储安全。
Natural gas as a clean energy is increasingly favored by countries around the world.Natural gas liquefaction can greatly save storage space and transportation costs,but it also increases the risk of natural gas leakage.This article first gives an overview of the current status of LNG development in China.Based on MATLAB software,simulation and analysis of the consequences of large-scale LNG storage tank leakage accident are made,and related safety countermeasures are proposed accordingly.The results show that when the liquefied natural gas leaks and forms vapor clouds and diffuses,under the proposed conditions,its diffusion range is wide and the influence range is large.After the LNG leak,the vapor cloud diffusion range increases with the increase of the leakage rate,wind speed,and the height of the leak point.Therefore,it is necessary for the enterprise to formulate measures from various aspects to ensure the safety of LNG storage.
