摘要
毛白杨属杨柳科杨属,落叶大乔木,生长快,树干通直挺拔,是山东省平原绿化的主要树种之一。其优良品种鲁毛50是目前林业生产中推广应用的重要品种,具有速生、干形通直圆满、树形美观、不飞絮等优良特性。本试验在温室环境条件下,采用正交试验,研究不同浓度的ABT1、ABT2、NAA处理不同时间插穗后的嫩枝扦插生根效果。结果发现ABT1、ABT2、NAA对插穗生根的影响作用大小依次为ABT1>ABT2>NAA,其中激素的浓度是影响插穗生根的主要因子。用100mg/L的ABT1溶液处理0.5h是毛白杨鲁毛50嫩枝扦插的最佳处理方法。
Populus tomentosa Carr.is a large deciduous tree of Populus in the family Salicaceae.It grows fast,its trunk is straight,and is one of the main tree species in the plain of Shandong Province.Its excellent variety P.tomentosa‘Lumao50’is an important one which is widely used in forestry production at present.In this experiment,orthogonal design was used to study the rooting effect of softwood cuttings treated with different concentrations of ABT1,ABT2 and NAA at different times in the greenhouse environment.The results showed that the effects of three hormones on the rooting of cuttings were successively ABT1,ABT2 and NAA,and the concentration of hormones was the main factor affecting the rooting of cuttings.Treatment with 100mg/L ABT1 solution for 0.5h was the best method for rooting of P.tomentosa‘Lumao50’softwood cuttings.
