Essentials on Financial Aid and Education for College Students in the New Era

新时代高校资助育人是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的重要举措,是全面落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,也是提升高校思想政治工作质量的重要途径。当前制约高校资助育人发展的瓶颈问题在于助困与育人的“两层皮”、实践探索与理论研究的失衡、主体内在需求与外部资源供给的失调。破解这些问题应注重把解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,协同推进实践创新与理论发展,着力构建以学生为中心的长效育人机制。

In the new era,financial aid and education for college students is an important,measurable component of the quest to realize the“two centenary goals”.Such funding serves the internal requirement of fulfilling the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents;and it represents an important means of improving the quality of ideological and political work in universities.At present,the major bottleneck problems currently restricting financial aid and education for college students are the“two-layer skin”of helping the needy and educating students;the need for balance between practical exploration and theoretical study;and the imbalance between internal,subject-driven demands and the supply of external resources.To solve these problems,we should address the possibility of combined solutions to ideological and practical problems,promote practical innovation and theoretical development,and build a student-centered long-term education mechanism.
