压裂车是油气田工程中开发各类自然资源的核心技术,一般应用在页岩气田或中深井的各项压裂作业内,如石油资源或煤炭资源的开发等。文章对2500型压裂车的结构及工作原理进行简要分析,通过对电气控制系统内部设计的详细研究,对2500型压裂车电气自动控制系统的技术应用予以探讨,以期为实际工作提供参考价值。

Fracturing truck is the core technology of developing various natural resources in oil and gas field engineering,such as oil resources or coal resources,which is officially used in various fracturing operations in shale gas field or deep well.In this paper,the structure and working principle of 2500 fracturing truck are briefly analyzed.Through the detailed study of the internal design of the electrical control system,the technical application of the electrical automatic control system of 2500 fracturing truck is discussed,hoping to provide reference value for the actual work.
