摘要
从超高压、特高压输电线路通常采用大吨位的玻璃绝缘子作为耐张绝缘子来承受大截面导线的张力,更换耐张中间任意单片绝缘子过程中存在的问题入手,通过对550kN大吨位绝缘子受力分析,根据绝缘子的结构情况,在绝缘子选定合适的受力点,采用合理的受力方式,设计可靠卡具结构,利用钢进行加工,对加工的卡具进行破坏性试验,测试其受力点及受力方式是否可靠。试验完成后加工结构合理且受力可靠的金属卡具,提出科学的带电更换550kN大吨位单片绝缘子作业方法,研制配套的作业工器具,完成550kN大吨位绝缘子任意单片的带电更换工作。
From the point of view that the large tonnage glass insulator is usually used as the strain insulator to bear the tension of the large section conductor in the UHV and UHV transmission lines,and the problems existing in the process of replacing any single insulator in the middle of the strain,through the stress analysis of the 550kn large tonnage insulator,according to the structure of the insulator,the appropriate stress point is selected in the insulator,and the reasonable stress point is adopted Stress mode,design reliable fixture structure,use steel for processing,conduct destructive test on the processed fixture,and test whether the stress point and stress mode are reliable.After the completion of the test,the metalclamp with reasonable structure and reliable stress shall be processed.The scientific operation method of live replacement of 550kn large tonnage single insulator shall be put forward.The supporting operation tools and instruments shall be developed to complete the live replacement of any single insulator with 550kn large tonnage.
