机械零件结构设计的安全可靠性分析

摘要 在机械零部件整体结构设计中,一定要明确安全、可靠性分析是什么。简单来说,机械可靠性设计又被称之为机械概率设计,此种机械设计方式,自出现后得到广泛应用。对机械概率进行分析,机械概率主要构建在传统机械设计模式上。但是,由于机械结构本身特殊性,此种设计难以借助实验获得可靠数据。因此,在当前机械设计工作中,一定要重点关注机械零件的结构设计可靠性,并以此为基础,研究当前混合可靠性分析的方法。 In the overall structural design of mechanical parts,it is necessary to clarify what the safety and reliability analysis is.Simply put,mechanical reliability design is also called mechanical probabilistic design.This mechanical design method has been widely concerned and applied since its emergence.To analyze the mechanical probability,the mechanical probability is mainly built on the traditional mechanical design model.However,due to the particularity of the mechanical structure itself,this design is difficult to obtain reliable data through experiments.Therefore,in the current mechanical design work,we must focus on the structural design reliability of mechanical parts,and on this basis,study the current hybrid reliability analysis method.
