本研究分析了某大型国有集团ERP物资管理模块的体系架构、业务流程、与其他业务板块的互联应用、主数据编码与使用维护,以实现物资管理与其他业务的信息共享、数据互相调用与业务衔接集成应用。结果表明,ERP系统中的物资管理模块包括:主数据管理、计划管理、采购管理、库存管理4部分。物资管理模块与ERP其余业务模块的业务流程关联应用包括:与项目管理模块,与设备管理模块,与财务管理模块,与主数据管理系统(MDM系统),与采购管理系统(SRM系统)、法律系统,与智能报表系统(BW系统)、统建系统使用水平评价系统等协同应用。ERP中物资主数据管理包括:物资编码新增、物资主数据维护、物资主数据使用。

This study analyzes the system architecture,business process,interconnected application with other business segments,master data encoding and usage maintenance of a large state-owned group ERP material management module to realize the information sharing and data transfer between material management and other businesses Integrate applications with business connections.The results show that the material management module in the ERP system includes four parts:master data management,plan management,procurement management,and inventory management.The business process related applications of the material management module and the remaining business modules of ERP include:project management module,equipment management module,and financial management module,and master data management system(MDM system),and procurement management system(SRM system),legal The system is used in collaboration with the intelligent report system(BW system)and the integrated system usage level evaluation system.The management of material master data in ERP includes:new material coding,maintenance of material master data,and use of material master data.
