摘要文章首先阐述了高等教育质量的价值属性及其观念重构,然后分析了学生参与高等教育质量保障的相关理论和欧洲国家高等教育质量保障中的学生参与政策,最后提出了欧洲国家高等教育质量保障体系中的学生参与对我国的启示。
