教育惩戒的伦理反思

摘要 随着教育改革的深入和人权事业的兴起,动辄打骂学生的体罚式教育已逐步退出历史舞台。而独生子女越来越多,由于溺爱而产生的问题也越来越多,给学校教育带来了非常严峻的挑战。家长疏于管理、教师不敢管理的现象正逐步侵蚀中国教育的未来。因此,反思教育惩戒的必要性、适度性以及教师的伦理责任,促进师生关系的伦理回归,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。教育惩戒需要教师用自己的热情和智慧作出恰当判断,必须以不伤害学生为前提,以学生利益最大化为依归。只有兼顾正义与关怀,教育惩戒才符合教师专业的伦理要求。 With the deepening of education reform and the rise of human rights cause,corporal punishment has gradually retired from the stage of history.Withthe increase of only child,the problems caused by overindulgence go up,which brings severe challenges to school education.Parents'neglect of punishment and teachers'fear of punishment are gradually eroding the future of Chinese education.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to reflect on the necessity and appropriateness of educational punishment and teachers'ethical responsibility and to promote the ethical return of teacher-student relationship.Educational punishment requires teachers to make appropriate judgments with their own enthusiasm and wisdom,on the premise of not harming students and on the basis of maximizing students'interests.Only by giving consideration to justice and care,can educational punishment meet the professional ethics of teachers.
