摘要
为了研究不同进气温度对罗茨空压机质量流量的影响,通过理论分析和实验验证,提出了一种不同进气温度下空压机质量流量的修正方法。当仅有进气温度不同时,根据现有进气温度下的流量特性,能够准确计算出其他进气温度工况下的质量流量。通过对比和修正不同进气温度下的空压机质量流量的实验数据,验证了公式的准确性。以此避免进气温度变换导致罗茨空压机流量不足或过量的影响,保持空压机高效稳定运行,对罗茨空压机的开发具有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the influence of different intake temperature on the mass flow rate of Roots air compressor,a correction method of mass flow rate of air compressor under different intake temperature is presented through theoretical analysis and experimental verification in this paper.When only the intake air temperature is different,according to the flow characteristics of the existing intake air temperature,it can accurately calculate the mass flow of other intake air temperature conditions.The accuracy of the formula is verified by comparing and correcting the experimental data of mass flow rate of air compressor under different inlet temperature.Therefore,it can avoid the influence of insufficient or excessive flow of Roots air compressor caused by the change of air inlet temperature,and can keep the compressor running efficiently and stably;thus it has certain guiding significance for the development of Roots air compressor.
