摘要
主要分析不同高度安装架对整机刚度的影响,通过Workbench仿真软件分别对底座高度为3 mm的安装架和底座高度为75 mm的安装架进行仿真对比,分析其对整机刚度的影响。结果显示,随着安装架底座的增高,整机在X方向(上下方向)和Y方向(左右方向)上刚度提高;在Z方向(前后方向)上,整机刚度会减弱。所述的研究内容,为不同振动环境中安装架的设计提供了经验和思路。
In this paper,the effect of different height racks on the stiffness of electronic equipment was analyzed.By utilizing the Workbench software,the 3mm height rack and 75mm height rack were simulated and compared in order to analyze its impact on stiffness of the whole electronic equipment.According to the results,with the increase of the rack height,the stiffness of electronic equipment in X direction and Y direction would be enhanced;while the stiffness in Z direction shows the opposite effect(coordinate system is shown in figure 3).A methodology and experience for the design of rack in different vibration conditions should be presented in this paper.
