基于Creo的旋挖钻机桅杆载荷分布计算

摘要 针对旋挖钻机在设计过程中桅杆结构需要反复修改,梁的结构强度及稳定性不能及时计算的问题,利用Creo/simulate的快捷仿真功能模块,建立简化的梁单元有限元模型,对其进行简单的有限元静态力学分析即可获得桅杆轴向力、弯矩、剪力的载荷分布图。使用桅杆载荷分布图及桅杆所使用材料的力学性能即可对桅杆截面属性做出客观评估,并可根据桅杆几何空间限制设计或修改截面。通过这种对桅杆简化模型的有限元分析的方法,可以快捷准确为结构设计人员提供所需的要的信息,可以很大程度上减轻设计人员的计算量。 In order to solve the problem that the mast structure of rotary drilling rig needs to be modified repeatedly in the design process,and the structural strength and stability of the beam cannot be calculated in time,a simplified finite element model of beam element is established by using the quick simulation function module of Creo/simulate,and the load distribution diagram of the axial force,bending moment and shear force of the mast can be obtained by simple static mechanical analysis of the finite element.By using the load distribution diagram of mast and the mechanical properties of the materials used in mast,the section properties of mast can be evaluated objectively,and the section can be designed or modified according to the geometric space limitation of mast.Through the finite element analysis method of simplified model of mast,the necessary information can be quickly and accurately provided for the structural designers,and the calculation amount can also be reduced greatly.
