摘要
车门铰链是汽车车门的重要组成部分,对车门开关性能有着重要影响,并承载车门重量。首先依据布置要求对车门铰链进行布置设计,铰链轴线布置来确定内倾角及后倾角,铰链间距布置避免车门下垂,经过校核后铰链布置满足了设计要求,然后依据国家标准GB15086-2013《汽车门锁及门铰链的性能要求和试验方法》,应用有限元法对车门铰链进行刚度强度计算,并经评价满足力学性能要求。最终,结构满足产品设计要求,为进一步产品开发提供重要参考。
The door hinge is an important part of the car door;it has an important impact on the door opening and closing performance,and it bears the door weight.First of all,according to the layout requirements,layout design for the door hinge is developed;the hinge axis layout determines the internal inclination angle and the rear inclination angle,and the hinge spacing arrangement should avoid the door sag;the hinge arrangement meets the layout requirements after checking.Then,according to GB15086-2013 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Automobile Door Locks and Door Hinges,the stiffness strength of the door hinge is calculated with the finite element method,and it meets the mechanical performance requirements after the evaluation.Finally,the hinge structure meets the requirements of product design,and it would provide an important reference for further product development.
