摘要
以GKH1800-N虹吸刮刀离心机转子系统为研究对象,针对转子系统临界转速的计算问题,建立了转子系统的有限元模型,计算了在旋转预应力及陀螺效应下转子系统的固有频率,通过绘制Campbell图得出了转子系统的临界转速。且机器正常的工作转速低于临界转速,不会引起系统的共振,为后续转子系统结构的优化设计奠定了基础。
In this paper,the rotor system of GKH1800-N siphon scraper centrifuge is taken as the research object;aiming at the critical speed problem of rotor system,the finite element model of the rotor system is established,the natural frequency of the rotor system is calculated under the rotating prestress and gyroscopic effect,and the critical speed of the rotor system is obtained by drawing the Campbell diagram.The normal working speed of the machine is lower than the critical speed,which will not cause the resonance of the system;it would lay the foundation for the subsequent optimization design of rotor system construction.
