摘要
针对板材零件在铣削加工时不易装夹定位的问题,设计了一种侧向快速夹紧板材零件的装置。基于工作原理,分析了结构设计的合理性。通过生产实践,该设计符合实际使用要求,解决了板材零件在铣床上加工时,夹紧定位夹具的干涉问题,为板材零件在铣床上夹紧定位,提供了一种解决方案。
Aiming at the problem that it is not easy to clamp and locate the plate parts in milling process,a lateral quick clamping device is designed;and then based on the working principle,the rationality of structural design is analyzed.Through the production practice,it shows that the design meets the requirements of practical use;it solves the interference problem of clamping and positioning clamps when the plate parts are processed on the milling machine;thus it provides a solution for the clamping and positioning of the plate parts on the milling machine.
