一种小型发电机的可升降定转子自动插装机的设计开发

Design and Development of Automatically Inserting Machine for Lifting Fixed Rotor of Small Generator

针对发电机定子与转子装配困难,设计了一种小型发电机的可升降定转子自动插装的机器,重点介绍了小型发电机的可升降定转子自动插装机的总体机械结构设计和相关的自动控制装置,通过控制装置对预定机械结构进行控制继而完成小型电动机定子与转子的装配工作,其机械结构设计合理,相对于手工装配,它能代替人工劳动完成小型发电机定子与转子的装配工作,大大提高了装配效率和装配精度,具有很好的前景。

Aiming at the difficulty in assembling the stator and rotor of the generator,a type of machine for automatically inserting and lifting the fixed rotor of small generator is designed in this paper;the overall mechanical structure design and the related automatic control device of the lifting stator-rotor automatic inserting machine for small generator are mainly introduced.The predetermined mechanical structure is controlled through the control device and then the assembly work of small motor stator and rotor could be completed.The mechanical structure design is reasonable;compared with the manual assembly,it can replace the manual labor to complete the assembly work of stator and rotor of small generator.It would greatly improve the assembly efficiency and assembly accuracy,and has a very good prospect.
