摘要
针对生物医药及科研领域高速离心罐动态抽取离心组分过程中,要求在离心罐高速旋转状态下,既要保证抽取通道与外界完全隔离,同时要保证抽取通道的悬浮静止,还要求动密封温升小的需求及存在问题,通过对离心罐及抽取结构深入研究和多次优化设计以及试验验证,设计了一种新的高速离心罐悬浮动密封结构,采用双孔单轴和特殊的组合结构密封圈,实现高转速、低摩擦发热下的动态压力密封,并通过试验验证了其密封性能和温升状况。对生物医药的离心在线提取要求研究有参考价值。
In the process of dynamic extraction of centrifugal components from the high-speed centrifugal tanks in biomedical and scientific research fields,it is required that the extraction channels should be completely isolated from the external environment,the suspension of the extraction channels should be ensured at the static state,and the temperature rise of dynamic seal should be kept small under the high-speed rotating condition of the centrifugal spinning pot.In this case,a new suspended seal structure of high-speed centrifugal spinning pot is designed in this paper through the in-depth study,multiple optimization design and test verification of the centrifugal spinning pot and its extraction structure.The double-hole single shaft and special combined structure seal ring are used to realize the dynamic pressure seal under the condition of high speed and low friction heating.The sealing performance and temperature rise are verified by the tests.It has reference value for the research of centrifugal extraction requirement of the biomedicine.
