可调节多功能管道快速连接装置的设计分析

Design and Analysis of Adjustable Multi-function Pipeline Quick Connecting Device

管道连接件广泛应用于管道间的连接,传统连接件根据不同口径管道选用相应的不同规格的连接件,在管道口径变化范围较小时使用同一连接装置,具有积极的实用意义。针对管道口径小范围变化而调整连接件规格等问题,设计分析了一种可调节的多功能管道快速连接装置,该装置主要包括连接环连接环、垫片、紧固螺丝、紧固头、旋转螺丝、百合叶等部分。通过实际应用验证了该装置可以有效减少连接装置的定制规格,适用于不同口径管道的连接,还可以用于破损管道的堵漏,节约了设备资源,提高了工作效率。

The pipe connections are widely used in connection between pipes;it is of positive practical significance that the traditional connector selects the corresponding connectors with different specifications according to the different caliber pipes and uses the same connecting device in a small range of the pipe diameter variation.In view of the problems such as adjustment of the connector specifications for small range variation of pipe diameter,a kind of adjustable multi-function pipe fast connecting device is designed and analyzed,which mainly includes the connecting ring,gasket,fastening screw,fastening head,rotating screw,Lily leaf,and so on.It has been verified by practical application that the device can effectively reduce the customized specifications of the connecting device so as to be suitable for the connection of pipelines with different diameters.It can also be used for plugging the broken pipelines,thus it saves the equipment resources and improves the working efficiency.
